Great location, just a short walk from the train station and easy access to the rest of the city. The staff were friendly and cute. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the cooked food was hot.
The room was not comfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was small.

We had a smooth and hassle-free check-in at Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite a small hiccup with the room assignment, they quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a comfortable and clean room. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. We appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel of the room, made our stay enjoyable. The overall value for money was excellent, considering the competitive prices in the area. Despite some minor inconveniences, we would recommend Holiday Inn Express for a pleasant stay in London. our experience was positive and we would consider staying there again in the future.

The location is great, as it is close to Wandsworth Town station and just a short journey away from the city centre. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, even holding our bags for us before we checked in. The room is clean and the bathroom is nice, with a good shower.
There was a shortage of plates, knives, and forks, and even glasses for juice. the fire alarm going off on Sunday morning was handled poorly and seemed very unorganized.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the local train station in Wandsworth. It was great being slightly away from the touristy areas of the city. The staff were really friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a very comfortable double bed. They were also kept very clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast offered a good selection, although I would have liked to see fried eggs included. The option for coffee-to-go was a nice touch, and there were also options available for vegetarians.
All was fine, no major issues to mention.
